4) If you’re not sure about a food item, buy a smaller portion to try it and see if you like it. If you like it then you can buy a bigger portion the next time.
5) Eat at home more often. Limit your eating at restaurants. Thefood is of poor quality and it is expensive. Treat yourself once in a while but don’t eat in restaurants too often unless someone else is paying.
6) Drink only water. It is cheap and it is the healthiest beverage you can put into your body.
7) Start growing your own vegetables and fruits. It’s fun, it’s entertaining and it saves money.
8) Eat fewer items at each meal. This saves money and time.
9) Eat what is on special. Plan your weekly menu by buying what is on sale that week.
10) Talk to different people and see if they have any food saving ideas.
