What would be a sensible answer when it comes to how much water one should drink every day? The answer would be: Enough!
What is enough?
When you get up, drink from two to four glasses of water, depending on your body weight. And drink at least another two to four glasses of water the rest of the day, always about a half an hour before meals You don’t want the water to interfere with your digestive juices.
If you are doing exercises, throw in another glass or two, depending on the length and intensity of the exercise activity.
How important is water?
We needwater. We can’t live long without water. It is better to avoid drinking anything else but water and to get the purest water possible. What would you bathe in, if you wanted to be as clean as possible? Water? Than drinking enough water would ensure that our insides are as clean as the outside.
Why should we eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and greens?
Logic! The earth is about 75% water. The body is about 75% water. What food contains a similar amount of water?
Are you taking in enough spiritual water?

What is this living water?
It is all of God’s provisions for our keeping clean before him. So, why not spent a good part of each day in Bible study and meditation? If your physical health is important, how much more important is your spiritual health?

Water, pure water, is one God’s provisions for health. Make sure you drink enough water each and every day!
