Do you want to achieve something? Do you have a goal that you want to achieve? Is there something in which you want to succeed?
Then here are eleven steps to help you achieve or succeed in any endeavor. It is very simple. There is no need to complicate things. Just do it step by step.
Observation: you observe something that you want to achieve. It could be that you want to lose some weight, start an exercise program, start a Bible study program, appear on the first page of the top columnists of EC or anything else. Whatever the goal orwhatever you want to achieve, the steps remain the same.
Investigation: you will want to study the situation. You will want to gather some information on what and how you want to achieve.
Declaration: tell the universe and everybody that you are going to work on the goal. You have to tell others what you want, as you cannot achieve anything without help from others. You will need both negative and positive feedback. The negative will to show them that they are wrong and the positive will help you get what you want. Both reactions will spur you on to success.
Affirmation: daily affirm what it is that you want. Repeat an affirmation like: I really love a thinner me or I look great now that I have lost the extra weight. Then every day you repeat the affirmation until it becomes a reality. By repeating the affirmation you affirm that this goal is what you really want.
Confirmation: you are establishing it that you are resolved, that you are not changing your mind and that you are bound to this goal. Buy yourself the new dress or new suit you will proudly wear when yourgoal of losing the weight is achieved. Don’t be afraid to make the purchase as you know that you will achieve the goal.
Meditation: you will want to spend some time meditating on what you want to achieve. You will want to embrace your goal. Make it part of you are. Drive the goal deep into your heart.
Visualization: start to visualize yourself as having already achieved the goal. If it was losing some weight, visualize yourself thinner.
Assertation: this means that you maintain the confidence and that you will do whatever it takes to reach the desired goal.
Motivation: you will need to find people and things that will keep you motivated towards your goal. Will this goal please God? Will it contribute something positive to mankind? Will it improve your life? Find something that will motivate you to achieve your goal.
Determination: the decision is made and nothing will stop you. You will develop the are determination needed to reach success.
Jubilation: you will rejoice in your accomplishments, make a plaque that shows your achievement, write an article about it, reward yourself by buying a big bag of grapes and just enjoying it because you worked hard and deserve the success you have achieved.
