We are always reading about the importance of exercise and yet people in general are doing less and less activity. Doctors tell us how important exercise is for our health and welfare and yet most people are not listening. You don’t need any expensive equipment. You already have a computer. Go to YouTube, find some upbeat, moving songs and just start dancing. I like the old Beach Boys songs like: I Get Around, Surfin’ Safari, Surfin’ U.S.A., Fun, Fun, Fun, etc. It’s hard to stay still when these songs are playing.
Think of songs that motivate you to move, songs that you like and
An hour of exercise a day, keeps the doctor away. It will help for sure. What happens if you don’t exercise? If you don’t exercise, you will rust and soon become dust. Now, you don’t want that, do you? No way! You want to enjoy life as long as you can.
All right! Come on everybody, get off that couch, get up and start twisting, shaking, jumping up and down. Don’t put it off. Start everyday on the right foot by adding exercise to your daily routine and watch your health improve.
